She is survived by: her daughter Debbie K. Lane (Fred) of Goodyear, AZ.; her grandchildren, LaDawn Hoffman of McConnellsburg, PA, Kevin Truax (Kellee) of McConnellsburg, PA and Michael Lane (Casey) of Hagerstown, MD; her great grandchildren, Drew Hoffman, Nicole Hoffman, Katelyn Truax, Kole Truax, Sebastian Lane and Anakin Lane; and her great great grandchild Everly Hoffman. She is also survived by her family, especially her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and her great-great-granddaughter.
