She was predeceased by: her parents, Harper P. Barton and Lillian S. Madden Barton; and her siblings, Dorothy Truhn, Richard Barton, Jean Barton and Harper.
She is survived by: her sons, David A. "Dave" Washabaugh IV (Tina) of McConnellsburg, PA, Dwight Washabaugh (Tina) and Mark Washabaugh (Shari) of McConnellsburg, PA; her grandchildren, Drew, Lacie, Ali, Caleb, John and Eli; and her great grandchildren, Andrew, Karson, Kya, Azeiaha, Adriana, Azariah, Quincy, Marlee, Wells, Adalynn, Lillian and Aiden.
In lieu flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Fulton County Medical Center Foundation, 214 Peach Orchard Rd., McConnellsburg, PA 17233 in memory of Joyce.
