He was predeceased by: his parents, William Buterbaugh and Marie Buterbaugh (Snyder); and his siblings, Melvin, Lawrence, William Buterbaugh and Frances Tolbert.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Buterbaugh of McConnellsburg, PA; his daughters, Leah Beck of McConnellsburg, PA, Karen Rosenberry of Fort Loudon, PA, Susan Morrow of Shippensburg, PA and Lorrie Pack of Williamsport, MD; and his siblings, Rev. Carl Buterbaugh of Waynesboro, PA and Caroline Greenfieldt of New York. He is also survived by Nine grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
