He was predeceased by: his parents, John Webster Mentzer Sr. and Marguerite Paul Mentzer; his wife Edna Darlene Garland; and his sister Jean Paul. He is survived by: his sons, John Webster III (Camille), Bruce Edward (Anthony Solar) and Mark David; his grandchildren, Makenzie, Kelsey, Sydney, Jacob (Mark), Reagan and Riley (John); and his sister Nancy Evans. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
