It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jeffrey W. Speer of McConnellsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 28, 2022, at the age of 42, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Clifford V. Speer, Jr.; and his sister Karen Fedele. He is survived by: his mother Judy K. Souders Speer of McConnellsburg, PA.; his son Jaxsen Speer of Brighton, CO; and his siblings, Kristina Speer of Chambersburg, PA, Deanna and David Speer (Fiancé) of Chambersburg, PA.. He is also survived by two nieces and five nephews.
