The memory of Janice C. Hoover of McConnellsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 26, 2024 at the age of 77, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Cutchall and Audrey Cutchall (Miller); her husband David R. Hoover II; and her grandson Cody Trail. She is survived by: her children, Mary K. Seville (Brent) of McConnellsburg, PA and David R. (Jennifer); her granddaughters, Leah Seville and Alexis Hoover; her siblings, Connie Spangler (late Donald) of Mechanicsburg, PA, Craig Cutchall (Barbara) of Harrisonville, PA, Brown "Tink" Cutchall (Kathy) of Hustontown, PA and Richard Cutchall (Debra) of Chambersburg, PA; and her sisters-in-law, Marilyn Barclay of Lititz, PA and Linda Munch of Waynesboro, PA. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the St. Paul Lutheran Church (220 N 3rd St, Mcconnellsburg, PA 17233). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
