She was predeceased by: her parents, John R. Rhodes and Frances R. Rhodes (Kerlin); her husband Melvin Souders Sr; her son Kenneth Souders; her granddaughter Angelica Souders; and her siblings, Ruby Souders and Kenneth Rhodes.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda, Ed Souders of McConnellsburg, PA and Melvin "Tommie". She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Cito United Methodist Church.
