Lowery of McConnellsburg, PA; her siblings, Christine Harris of McConnellsburg, PA, James Lowery of York, PA, Timothy Spriggs of Mt. Union, PA, Jerome Spriggs of Chambersburg, PA and Stanley Spriggs of York, PA; and her grandchildren, Hakeem Jefferson, Kinesha Lowery, Essence Robinson and Janiah Lowery. She is also survived by two great grandchildren.
