He was predeceased by: his parents, Milroy Harvey and Veona Harvey (Appel); his wife Janet Harvey; his daughter Michele Lynn Harvey; and his brother Arch "Buzz" Harvey.
He is survived by: his children, Robert, Charlotte Bailey of Houston, TX, Pamela Matthews of Texas and Dorothy Steele of Connecticut; and his siblings, Joe Harvey of Kansas, Dan Harvey of South Dakota and Roylynn "Cissy" Package of Virginia. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
