She was predeceased by: her parents, Della Weller (Moats) and Edgar J. Weller; her former husband George Locke; her son Terry Smith; and her siblings, Elmeta Keefer, Ernest and Bobby Weller.

She is survived by: her son Greg J.; her brother Edgar "Bud" Weller of Needmore, PA; her grandsons, Tony and Brad; and her great grandchildren, Kolen, Aubri, Kinsley, Atlen, Abby and Austin.
