She was predeceased by: her parents, David Harr and Ethel McElhaney Harr; her husband Ernest Weller; her children, Wilma Strait and Buddy; and her siblings, Jobie Harr, Doris Knable, Kenny Harr, Ronnie Harr, Agnes Gress, Blanche Pine and Grace Souders.
She is survived by: her sons, David Weller (Leslie) of Hancock, MD, Douglas Weller of Berkeley Springs, WV, Russell Weller (Debra) of Berkeley Springs, WV and Gary Weller (Millie) of Berkeley Springs, WV; and her sister Jane Manley of Needmore, PA.. She is also survived by great grandchildren nieces and nephews.
