She was predeceased by: her parents, Stella Hess (Garland) and Webster Hess; her husband Frank W. Palmer; and her son Kevin Palmer. She is survived by: her daughter Jocelyn; her granddaughter Erin; and her great grandchildren, Mitchell and Mason Martin.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, funeral services and interment at the Pleasant Grove Christian Cemetery in Warfordsburg, PA will be private.
