He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary C. Shearer (Spade) and Marlan Shearer. He is survived by: his wife Nancy J. Shearer (Fix); his sons, Jeff and Tom; his son-in-law Marvin Winters; his children, Dana M. and Jeffrey M.; his siblings, Diane Palmer of McConnellsburg, PA, Debra Lopez of Virginia Beach, VA and Richard Shearer of Syracuse, NY; and his grandchildren, Colby Winters, Larkin and Zoe Shearer.
