We are sad to announce that on July 17, 2022, at the age of 93, Frances E. Kerlin (McConnellsburg, Pennsylvania), born in Mercersburg, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Koser and Bertha Blair Koser; her husband William Henry Kerlin; and her grandchildren, Ryan Bender and Tony Kerlin.

She is survived by: her children, Kathy, Wanda and Edward. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Charlestown United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 185, Mercersburg, PA 17236.
