As Elanor Jane departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Elanor Jane may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Elanor Jane leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Seville and Virginia Gress Seville; and her husband Gail Edgar Sheffield. She is survived by: her children, Richard Sheffield (Jo-Ann) of McConnellsburg, PA, James Sheffield (Wendy) of McConnellsburg, PA, Tonya Daniels of McConnellsburg, PA and Frank (Jen Johnson) of Shade Gap, PA; and her sisters, Deb Dick of Knobsville, PA and Teresa Miller of Chambersburg, PA.. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Paul's United Church of Christ (228 N 2nd St, Mcconnellsburg, PA 17233).
