She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Stevens and Alverda Cassel Stevens; her husband John W. Treby Jr.; and her son John E. Treby. She is survived by: her daughter Carol Vitko of McConnellsburg, PA; and her grandchildren, Brittany Vitko, John Treby and Shane Vitko.
