She was predeceased by: her parents, John E. Divelbliss and Ethel Crawford Divelbliss; her son Charles E. Black, Sr.; and her siblings, Ralph, Charles, Herbert, Lloyd, Carl, Verda, Betty, Irene and Helen.
She is survived by: her husband James J. Black of McConnellsburg, PA; her daughters, Susan Sheffield (Norman Jr) of McConnellsburg, PA, Darlene Pittman (Brian "Buck") of Harrisonville, PA and Sherry Black of McConnellsburg, PA; her stepson James L. Black (Laura) of Waterfall, PA; and her sister Mildred Luber (Matt) of New York. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
