McElhaney (Bivens); his children, Michael, Thomas Kinzie of Newport News, VA, Crickett, Brown of Hampton, VA, Pixie and Welenteychik of Richmond, VA; his stepchildren, David, Dennis, McElhaney, Susan and Cordell of Lancaster, PA; and his sister Roberta Bigler of Roanoke, VA.. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.
