We bid farewell to Dean Strait of McConnellsburg, Pennsylvania, born in Harrisonville, Pennsylvania, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 20, 2024 at the age of 79. He was predeceased by: his parents, Marden Strait (DeShong) and Floyd Strait; his siblings, June Winter, Randall and Terry "Tweedy" Strait; and his son Chad Strait.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Hanks (Keebaugh) of McConnellsburg, PA; his daughter Kyndra B Strait of Hustontown, PA; his siblings, Woodrow Strait of Harrisonville, PA, Jackie Strait of McConnellsburg, PA and Judy Strait of Berkeley Springs, WV; and his close friend Joey.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 26th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Howard L. Sipes Funeral Home Inc. (873 Lincoln Way E, Mcconnellsburg, PA 17233). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
