He is survived by: his sons, Donald Carbaugh of Fort Loudon, PA and Joey; his grandchildren, Keith Carbaugh of Mercersburg, PA and Ashley Horner of Baltimore, MD.; and his siblings, Pat Vance of Watsonville, CA and Joan Wines of Winchester, VA..
