He was predeceased by: his parents, George H. Walker and Emma Walker (Friedline); his son Timothy H. Walker; and his siblings, Lois Duyer and A. J. Walker.
He is survived by: his wife Marion R. Walker of McConnellsburg, PA; his children, Carolyn, Mark, Stephen and Suzanne; his grandchildren, Eric Kerlin, Michael Kerlin, Kenneth Walker, Stephanie Walker, Anna Walker, Carrie Arritt and Timothy Doyle; his great grandchildren, Aaron, Meryl and Nolan Kerlin; and his sisters, Ruth Stewart of Monroeville, PA and Romaine Miller of Murrysville, PA..
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Charles' memory to the McConnellsburg United Presbyterian Church, 116 South 2nd Street, McConnellsburg, PA 17233.
