Mellott of McConnellsburg, PA; his sons, Stephen C. Mellott (Gwendolyn) of Greencastle, PA, Kevin S. Mellott of McConnellsburg, PA and Eric T. Mellott of McConnellsburg, PA; his grandchildren, Luke, Sydney, Ashley and Andrew; his great grandchildren, Ruby and Ella; his niece Deb Sprague (Mike) of Harrisonville, PA; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kelsey (Ron), Morgan (Bennett) and Ethan.
