She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Souders and Goldie Cooper Souders; her husband Evan C. Hoffman; her son Nickie Hoffman; her grandson Dominick Hoffman; her siblings, Melvin, Calvin, Grover, Lyle, Blair, Ray, Faye Knepper, Edna Sipes, Alice Strait and Helene Schrompt; her stepbrother Carl Urban; her half-brother Jerry Souders; her stepsister Rosaline Carbaugh; and her half-sister Patricia Hazlin.
She is survived by: her children, Rick and Cindy; her grandchildren, Dustin, Brandin, Kelejo, Jamie, Shawn and Amber; her great grandchildren, McKenna, Myah, Fischer, Cydni, Cree, Delylah, Xavier, Ethan, Josiah, Jaelin and Ayvalin; her brothers, Jay Souders of Hustontown, PA and Edgar Souders of Greencastle, PA; and her daughter-in-law Stephanie Hoffman of Chambersburg, PA.. She is also survived by 2 step grandchildren, (Jami and Justin) and 5 step great grandchildren.
