She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Reed and Ruth Emma Keyser Souders; her spouse Chauncey J. McGarvey Jr.; her son Chauncey J. McGarvey III; and her sister Patricia "Patsy" Kendall.
She is survived by: her children, Timothy McGarvey (Debora) of McConnellsburg, PA, Anthony "Tony" McGarvey (Martina) of Ocean City, MD, Tobias "Toby" McGarvey (Dena) of McConnellsburg, PA, Tracey Truax (Ed) of Fannettsburg, PA and Terri Blumenthal (Kevin Kelly) of Carlisle, PA; her grandchildren, Jeremy, Danielle, Jonathan, Zachary, Tessa, Elias, Mariah, Gabrielle, Cooper, Abagael, Isabel, Hannah, Samuel, Lydiah and Tobias Jr.; and her sister Wanda Souders of McConnellsburg, PA.. She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren.
