She is survived by: her siblings, Dorothy Potter, Cindy Loudin, Florence Wilds, Clara Hedricks, Mary Lou Forsyth and John Harr; and her children, Anita Dawn Carter, James Richard Mills Jr., Angie Joy Mills, Clara Renae Sease and Mary Ruth Mills. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
