With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Timothy Wayne Hunter of McClure, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 7, 2025 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Timothy's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Timothy has bequeathed us. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph A. Hunter and Connie D. Hunter (Bowersox); and his stepson Jason Specht. He is survived by: his wife Karen M. Hunter (Goss); his children, Heidi McKnight of Burnham, Craig Hunter (Vanessa) of Port Royal, Tyler Hunter (Brittany) of McClure, Eric Specht (Sheila) of Lewistown and Corey Specht (Lauren Stephenson); and his siblings, Debora Nester (Donny) and Andrew Hunter (Ruth) of McAlisterville. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren; many great-grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Heller-Hoenstine Funeral Home (108 1st Ave, Burnham, PA 17009). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 at the Wagner Cemetery (17841 US-522, McClure, PA).
