He was predeceased by: his mother Peggy Weaver of McClure. He is survived by: his wife Holly Weaver (Stuter); his son Tyler Rupert (Kara Hunter) of Reedsville; his grandchildren, Gage and Brin Rupert; his father William W. Weaver, Jr.; and his siblings, Peggy Davis (Robert) of Renovo, William M. Weaver (Pam) of McClure and Jon Weaver (Kelly) of Shunk. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.
