She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Ulsh and Isabel Ulsh (Rush); her husband Gerald R. Spigelmyer; her daughter Laura Warner (Spigelmyer); and her siblings, Andrew Jr., Joseph, Harry Ulsh, Susanna Liddick, Geraldine Gearhart, Elizabeth Geibel and Katherine Mauery.
She is survived by: her son-in-law Terry Warner of Natrona Heights; her grandson Ross Warner (Colleen); and her great grandchildren, Samuel, Elliott of Wilmington, DE, Kyle Warner (Arla) and Rowan of Waynesboro. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
