He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Fraine and Frances Fraine (Reed); his son Ben J. Fraine; his siblings, Maxine Erb and Harold Hornberger; and his granddaughter Shaunna Wray.
He is survived by: his wife Mary P. Fraine (Minium); his children, Ferris Fraine of McClure, James Fraine, Jr. (Carol) of Lewistown and Todd Fraine (Cindy) of Sunbury; his sisters, Donna Baker of Lewistown and Arlene Hassinger (Bob) of Lewistown; his grandchildren, Jerrod Fraine (Susan), Joshua Fraine (Nicole), Cory and Shawn Fraine; and his great grandchildren, Landon and Collins Fraine. He is also survived by numerous step-great grandchildren and step-great-great grandchildren.
