He was predeceased by: his parents, Gary Leeper and Fay Leeper (Billett); his wife Maxine Leeper (Goss); and his sister Luann "Sis" Leeper. He is survived by: his daughter Amanda Batt; and his grandson Ian Batt of Lewistown.
