She was predeceased by: her parents, William Riley and Martha Dulaney Cook; and her husband Donald Crawford. She is survived by: her children, Donald Crawford of California, PA, George Crawford of Washington, Deborah Zeller, Kathryn Dains of Waynesburg and Helen Gaborko of McClellandtown; her brothers, Bill Cook, John Cook and Kenneth Cook; and her daughter Nancy Crawford. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren.
