He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Hlatky and Mildred Popovich Hlatky; his wife Mary Ann Kovach; his son Frank S. Hlatky; and his siblings, Fred, Raymond, James Hlatky, Betty Kollar and Dolores Baniowski.
He is survived by: his sons, Mark Hlatky (Jennifer) of McClellandtown, PA and Kevin L. Hlatky (Susan) of Herbert, PA; his daughter-in-law Charlene Hlatky of Lewisville, TX; his grandchildren, Mark Hlatky, Jr., Steven Hlatky, Frank S. Hlatky, Jr., Christie Ann Hlatky, Christopher Hlatky (Courtney), Gregory Hlatky and Savanna Hlatky; and his siblings, Richard Hlatky, Millie Tajc, Caroline Kelley, Katherine Gordon and Karen Migyanko. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
