Morgan of McClellandtown, Pennsylvania, born in Chester, West Virginia, who passed away on April 1, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Austin Scott Morgan and Amy Leona Mercer Morgan; and his wife Ruth Smith Morgan. He is survived by: his siblings, Franklin "Buddy" Morgan (Bonnie) of McClellandtown and Marian Werner of New England; his sister-in-law Twilia Smith of Mt. Pleasant; and his cousins, Debra, Arland Lamp of Chester, WV, Mike and Kelly Sanders of McClellandtown.
