He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Phillips and Gladys Phillips (Tennis); and his brothers, Alfred M. Phillips and Robert L. Phillips. He is survived by: his nephews, Dennis E. Phillips (Linda) of Mifflintown and Alan R. Phillips (Christina) of McAlisterville. He is also survived by one great niece; two great nephews; and one great-great nephew.
