She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin F. Strawser and Charlotte A. Strawser (Hoffman); her former husband John H. Walters; her husband Mason M. "Dutch" Kerstetter; her daughter Anna "Pat" Frymoyer; and her siblings, Maeeta Ferguson, Benjamin Strawser and Gerald Strawser.

She is survived by: her sons, Rev. Donald C. Walters (Nancy) of Thompsontown, Robert M. Walters (Donna) of McAlisterville, Richard F. Walters (Carol) of Mifflintown and William R. Walters (Carol) of McAlisterville; and her siblings, Almeda Fisher of Seven Stars and Chester Strawser of Oriental. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; eight step-great-grandchildren; and many generations of nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Mrs. Kerstetter's memory can be made to the Church of the Open Door, 3191 Middle Road, Richfield, PA 17086.
