She was predeceased by: her parent Ernest Kuhns; and her siblings, George Kuhns and Ellen Graybill. She is survived by: her parent Mabel Kuhns (Swartz); her husband Melvin E. Foltz; her children, Karen M. Van Horn (Dennis) of McAlisterville and Michael E. Foltz (Shelby) of Loganton; and also Mary Varner (George) of Mifflintown.
