He was predeceased by: his parents, Jonathan L. Westover and Gladys R. Westover (Hammann). He is survived by: his wife Sandra K. Westover (Wareham); his son David Jon Westover of Lansing, MI; and his sister Naomi R. Westover of Altoona.
