It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joanne Shehan (McAlisterville, Pennsylvania), born in Thompsontown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 6, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Leach and Anna Leach (Cameron); her husband Harold L. Shehan; and her brother Bill Leach. She is survived by: her children, Christine D. Shadel (Dan) of McAlisterville and Daryl L. Shehan (Jane) of Clyde Park, MT; her brother Darwin Leach of Thompsontown; and her grandsons, Scott Marker (Lisa Stimeling), Joe Marker (Angela), Jerad Marker (Jayme Dressler) and Cody Shadel (Chelsea Street). She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
