She was predeceased by: her parents, William Grover and Mary Margaret Harmon (McClenahan); her husband Robert L. Phillips; and her siblings, Miriam E. Hoar, Beverly D. Krepps, Joseph W. Harmon, Herbert Thomas Harmon and Roy Dean Harmon.
She is survived by: her son Alan R. Phillips (Christie) of McAlisterville; her sister Katherine M. McCloskey of Arlington, TX; her grandchildren, Cody A. Phillips (Megan), Courtney M. Rowe (Cody) and Connor J. Phillips (Kylie Schlegel); and her great grandchild Owen Rowe.
