He was predeceased by: his parents, Maxwell Fosselman and Lula May Fosselman (Hoffman); his son-in-law James L. Zeiders; and his brother William Fosselman. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Fosselman (Landis); his children, Christine A. Spotts (John) of New Berlin, Dale A. Fosselman Jr. (Diane) of McAlisterville and Sue M. Zeiders of Mifflintown; his grandchildren, Derek D. Shelley (Hannah) and Bailey S. Zeiders; and also, Lumber, Harry H. "Bus" Nace and John E. "Jack" Musser.
