It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cheryl Karstetter (McAlisterville, Pennsylvania), born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 9, 2019, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her fathers, Warren Smith and Virgil Smith (Thornburgh); and her siblings, Muriel Welsh and Roy Smith. She is survived by: her husband Scott E. Karstetter; her children, Loretta "Lori" Miller (Julie Butterworth) of Boiling Springs, Jeffrey Miller Jr. (Tina) of Reedsville and Kristy Miller (Anthony Pasco) of McAlisterville; her siblings, Danny Smith (Carolyn), Fran Smith, Peggy Delancey (Donald) and Rusty Smith; and her grandchildren, Tegan Miller and Landon Miller.
