She was predeceased by: her father James T. Richmond; and her aunt Catherine Smulligan. She is survived by: her mother Helene Richmond; her children, Kimberly Lathan (Ivy) of Jersey Shore, William Piacenti (Stephanie) of Zion Grove and Eric Piacenti (Coleen) of McAdoo; her siblings, Christine Hower (Andy) of Leola, William Richmond (Holly) of Still Creek and James Richmond (Grace) of Hillsborough, NC; and her grandchildren, Spencer, Ryder, Madison, Olivia, Noah and Landon.
In Lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate honoring "Miss Sue" in the most suitable way, by donating a book of their choice in memory of her to the Hazleton Area Public Library McAdoo-Kelayres Branch.
