He is survived by: his children, Stephen F. Payer of Columbia, MD, Stephanie Payer Forgo of Linthicum, MD, George C. Payer of Linthicum, MD and Dolores Payer Cohen of Newark, CA; his sister Elizabeth Therese Payer of Hyattsville, MD; his granddaughters, Emily Forgo and Olivia Payer; and his great grandchildren, Reina Payer and Aria Klaunberg.
