He is survived by: his children, Michael Gulash, Jr. of Tresckow, Alan Gulash (Kimberly) of Chesterfield, VA and Debbie Gulash of McAdoo; his granddaughter Megan Gulash of Chesterfield, VA; and his sister Maryann Petrylak of Bloomsburg. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
