He was predeceased by: his parent Virgil P.; and his brother Duane D. Cutlip. He is survived by: his parent Edna B. Cutlip Gotwalt (Stetler); his daughter Heather Cutlip (Benjamin Warren) of El Centro, CA; his granddaughter Audrey Cutlip; his stepchildren, Tara L. Hickey of Mountville and Phillip T. Stumpf (Laura) of Cleveland, OH; his sisters, Marylee Koerner of Dillsburg, Dallastown Emig of Dillsburg and Geraldine Emig of Dillsburg; and his sister-in-law Linda Ritchey of Lewistown.
