He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Sr. Witman and Susan Witman; his wife Kay A. Hamilton; and his brother William Hamilton. He is survived by: his children, Michael Hamilton (Patricia), Randy Hamilton (Deborah) and Sue Ann Lively (late Robert) of Maytown. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren.
