She was predeceased by: her husband Frank A. Splain, Sr.; and her parent Earla V. Poole Clark. She is survived by: her children, Frank A. and Marie D. Rosa (David); and her grandchildren, William D. Splain (Sara), Frank A. Splain, III (Kim), Keri L. Splain, Matthew J. Hawthorne (Sherry), Michael T. Hawthorne (Marcia) and Timothy J. Hawthorne, Jr. (Andrea).

Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Workman Funeral Homes, Inc. (31 S 8th St, Columbia, PA 17512). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
