It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John A. Shuman Jr. of Maytown, Pennsylvania, born in Manheim, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 27, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. John A. Shuman, Sr. and Anna E. Light Shuman; his wife Karen E. House Shuman; his daughter Teresa A. Farrell; and his son-in-law Patrick A. "Mac" Farrell.
He is survived by: his children, John L. (Reba F. Keener), Dr. Joel L. Shuman of Blacksburg, VA and Susan C. (Lawrence P. Terrell) of Wallingford; and his siblings, Kenneth R. (Nedra L. Shuman) of Lititz, Larry E. (Christine L. Shuman) of Lebanon, Dennis E. Shuman of Hershey, David E. (Marion B. Shuman) of New Bloomfield and Mary Ann (Stanley A. Tyson) of Lebanon. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
