He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles A. Boozer and Violet P. Boozer (Nolf); his son Joshua Walker; and his siblings, Kevin Boozer, Ronald Boozer and Shelly Boozer.
He is survived by: his wife Beth A. Boozer (Myers); his daughter Dakota Boozer of Mayport; his stepchildren, Christi Fetzer of Clarion, Mike Boozer of Ohio, Hollie Gourley of Mayport, Rikki LaBorde of Timblin, Levi Bell of Franklin, Samantha LaBorde of Ohio and Lacey Laborde of Mayport; and his brothers, Kenneth Boozer (Melissa) of New Bethlehem and Jeff Boozer (Debra) of New Bethlehem.
