He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Strawcutter and Frances Strawcutter (Bouch); and his siblings, Max Strawcutter, Arnold Strawcutter, Kenneth Strawcutter, Gerald Strawcutter, Dorothy Hilliard Armour, Emily Lingenfelter, Clarabelle Harkleroad, Betty Jean Bracken and Ruth Strawcutter.
He is survived by: his children, Marlene Shick of Ringgold, Mervin Strawcutter (Mary) of Mayport and Mark Strawcutter (Nancy) of Mayport; and his siblings, Phillip Strawcutter (Janet) of Mahaffey, Arle Stahlman of Punxsutawney and Vonnie Milliron of Mahaffey. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild.
